For over 14 years, Earthstone has served Chicagoland with our veteran team of professionals. Our services include client consultation, project management, field measuring (aka: digital templating), and certified custom fabrication and installations.

Client Consultation

Whether over the telephone, or in our modest factory showroom, we offer our unbiased expertise in surface materials. Our showroom has samples of everything we carry, and we offer samples of most of these materials to seriously interested parties. If you want a quotation for your project, be sure to bring a drawing with the approximate dimensions, and we will give you a price within minutes in most cases.

Project Management

Once our clients place an order, the work has just begun. In the custom surface industry, attention to detail is vital to a desirable outcome. Your project is assigned to one of our experts that will oversee your project from start to finish. They will be your assigned contact as the project moves through the various stages, and are responsible to assure your project is handled expeditiously and correctly.

Field Measuring

Once you’ve chosen your material and placed an order with us, we send a highly trained Field Measurer to your location to obtain the exact dimensions used to construct your project. In most cases, we utilize our state-of the-art digital templating system, which will capture the precise geometry of the surface application, including out-of square and curved walls. This assures the best fit possible. We also help you to determine the fine details of the job, such as your preferences for edges, radiuses, and overhangs.

Fabrication

For most of the products we offer, we fabricate your project in our on-site factory. Our veteran fabricators pride themselves on their craftsmanship. As such, their bias is towards quality over speed, which produces the result our clients desire. For Cambria, and Silestone quartz, and glass countertops, the fabrication is performed by the manufacturers themselves. In these cases the result is seamless to our clients. We manage the projects by providing the front-end consultation and templating, and the same expert installations.

Installations

We are well known for the quality of our installations, and the professionalism of our Installers. We use state of the art equipment that produces industry best results.
