While some may think this movement is a fad (consisting of environmental fanatics that are willing to sacrifice aesthetics, functionality and cost for their beliefs), environmentally responsible lifestyles will soon be mainstream. At Earthstone, we want to be a facilitator in this important revolution. We are investing heavily in researching, testing and installing the best of these Green Design materials. While everything we sell is not Green, and we are not yet satisfied with our environmental footprint, we all need to begin somewhere, and we are evolving our internal practices to be as responsible as possible. Today, we recycle about 70% of our waste, and are migrating our fleet towards hybrid and bio-diesel vehicles. And, we will continue to explore ways to become increasingly eco-friendly.
