How to Place Your Order with Earthstone Surfaces

At Earthstone, our bias is towards transparency and expediency. As such, we prefer to have as much information as possible from the beginning, so we can give you the right price the first time, and to avoid delays or misunderstandings.

Here are the most efficient ways to place an order with Earthstone:

  1. In most cases, you will first want to know the price for the project. To facilitate the quotation process, please provide us with a drawing of your project. If you already have a cabinet drawing, that will work well. If not, you can download our Countertop Drawing Template (click here) to simplify the process. The lines do not need to be perfect, nor does your drawing need to be drawn to scale. The main thing is to show us the basic shapes of your project, with the dimensions as best as you can determine.
  2. If you already know what your selections are, please print out our Job Specification Form (click here), and submit it to us with your drawing. If not, we are happy to assist you through the selection process. This is best done by visiting our factory showroom, or by researching the products we offer through this website. While we are happy to assist you through the selection process over the telephone, it isn’t generally very effective, as it is too hard to make selections without seeing them.
  3. Once you have your drawing and Job Specification Form, you can bring them to our factory showroom, fax or email them to us, or mail them. We will then provide you a written proposal.
  4. When you decide to place an order with us, we will then schedule an on-site Field Measure. At this time, our experts will determine the exact dimensions that will be used to fabricate your countertops.
